Shipping

We offer to all countries a Standard and Priority service. With Standard we aim to have your order on their way within 3 working days of receiving your order; with Priority we aim to do this within 1 working day.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom we use Royal Mail Tracked 24, which is a next day service 95% of the time
For deliveries to the rest of the world, we typically use UPS which delivers everywhere within 2 - 6 working days.

Returns & exchanges

Unfortunately we do not accept return unless item is faulty. But we ae happy to exchange with another stole your liking. To arrange your exchange please contact at info@stoled.co.uk.

Please safely package the items including their presentation box and any other accessories such as storage bags. We can't offer a refund on items which are damaged.

We offer Royal Mail tracked return labels, which can be fixed to the outside of the package and then taken to your nearest post office. We charge a £6 handling fee for the return.

International

Please use any shipping service that is convenient. International Airmail is normally the most cost effective
